Usually a vacuum puller is used if a broad indentation without crimping or sharp change of angle - Appliance Repair - Large would be your Search the List category. If a sharp dent that left a crease or angle in the metal, sometimes (generally only on removeable/reversible door panels) the metal sheet can be removed and the dent hammered out to approximately flat (though not original smoothness) - or you may be able to buy a replacement panel. Check manufacturer website for you owners manual - many reefers come with reversible door panels that you can take out fairly easily yourself - could hammer out the dent with a bumping hammer or buy and install a new panel, if still available for that model.

While I guess in theory one could use a sheet metal puller (you drill a small hole and use an impact hammer to pull the dent out, then bodyfill and repaint as necessary - like on a car), if not on the door one would probably need a thermal infrared camera to identify where the refrigerant tubing is to avoid poking a hole in the tubing. I am thinking this would probably not work real well - you normally need two-sided access to repair sheet metal dents.
