Depending on the brand (hence the spray chemistry), common solutions:

1) 1 part fabric softener in 2 parts water

2) rubbing alcohol

3) shaving cream (supposedly it really works well with some brands)

4) mineral spirits on rag (paint thinner) though that is going to affect the finish unless done in VERY quick swipe with thinner then wipe with Dawn in water wetted rag to remove the thinner so it cannot soak in. This method is most likely to remove the product, but also most likely to affect the paint finish too.

In each case, let soak just a minute or two before wiping off, and follow up with Dawn (liquid dish soap) cleaning.

Bear in mind, on a flat paint surface any scrubbing is likely to change the apparent texture of the surface, so expect some visible variation, - so wipe broader area to blean-in the cleaned with the non-cleaned surface. And of course try the cleaner first in an obscure area to be sure it is not going to affect the paint.
