I presume you mean more than a regular cleaning service does.

For cleaning and sealing about $0.75-1.25 cents/SF, with the lower price for large areas (over about 300-400 SF like living rooms or patios, higher price for bathrooms and similar small areas. If the grout needs local digging out of broken grout and general grout touchup in thin plaxces or gaps only then about $0.25-0.45/SF ADDITIONAL, with total regrouting or all joints about 1.25-2.50/SF total cost including sealing, depending on whether contractor has used a Grout Grabber or not - nifty tool to remove grout and cuts grout removal time by about 80-90%, though one large job will pretty much waste all but the highest quality sawzall type saws. High speed multifunction oscillating saws can also be used - better for walls and corners, but not as fast a removal and not something you want to use on a large area.
