You can remove automatic renewal from your membership at any point by contacting us by email at email@example.com, US mail, phone, or fax. We handle these adjustments personally to make sure all your requests are addressed and to have a chance to collect feedback.
You can also request to be set to receive an email reminder before your next renewal, or to get a paper notification in the mail.
