Depends on the specific model- I have seen ones with snap-in gas valves that an entire stove can be converted in 1/2 hour or less - others that require changing burners and ignitor/pilot and gas valves so takes over an hour. Since you have the kit (so no parts cost hopefully) probably $750-250 labor range - I would expect $150-200 most likely in most areas.


Of course, this does NOT include any of the cost of converting a household gas system to propane if you currently have natural gas - just changing gas type for the stove itself.
