how much does it cost to repalce the AC blower on a 2000 Honda Odessy

my blower is not blowing much cool air and the blower is making a noise

First, I would try monkeying with the air settings - possible one of the dampers got stuck between settings - try the different (upper, front, feet, etc) settings to see if that fixes it. Also check if the read unit is on and taking most of the air - or if cargo is blocking a rear discharge port.


IF the blower only (poor airflow and noise even when A/C is off - I don't know how hard an Odyssey is to get at the fan, but probably about $150-250 range to replace a fan unit. Could be more like $100 range if just a resistor failure or your ventilation air filter (if it has one) is plugged with dust and pollen and such so the unit is starving for air - evidently Odysseys are one of the models with this problem. IF only making the noise when A/C is running, then could be compressor you are hearing, not blower fan.
