how much should it cost to replace a lp furnace and air cond.

Click on the Home > HVAC link right under your question and you will find a number of recent questions on furnace and A/C replacement cost, as well as the Freon (R-22) phase-out cost issue.

The costs provided are generally for oil or gas fired furnaces so comparable in your case, and for electric A/C units. If you have no local electricity and intend to use an LP fired A/C unit, you will have to do some research on that issue yourself, because they are uncommon units and costs are not readily available to me.
