IF can be done by carpet cleaner with powerful truck-mounted vacuumm equipment (like Servicemaster floor service and others), probably $300-500 range. If requires tearing carpet out and then drying out lower part of walls, etc - typically $1000+ for the tearout and drying/dehumidification without flooring replacement cost, plus cost of repair to walls and new flooring. If got up into the wall insulation, typically easily that much more again.

Simple carpet drying if did not get into walls, many carpetn cleaning companies that do carpet shampooing with truck-mounted large vacuums can do that - otherwise a Water and Smoke Damag (your Search the List category) company is probably your best bet.
