how much should a half bath cost for remodeling

we live in 60046. we want to remodel a half bath plus 250 sq foot foyer. Includes taking out current tile, installing new tile, replacing toilet and vanity. In the bathroom only, taking off wallpapper, installing a tile chair rail and painting the bath.

Add to that the foyer - you did not say what you want there - just tile maybe $10-15/SF, to about $25/SF general upgrade, to as much as $100+/SF for a full remodel and significant quality upgrade. Not enough details to get more specific than that.
