i need a refrigerator moved from garage to kitchen and the old refrigerator out to the garage.

Here are a couple of previous similar questions which should answer you. Be SURE whoever does it is going to bring an appliance moving handtruck - and be sure they use a lifting board under it (which the reefer feet sit on) because just the 'deck" or "plate" of a handtruck alone can tilt up underneath and damage the coils and/or drain pan. And if it has exposed coils on the back it should be front to the handtruck. And be sure they use padding so your reefer door(s) don't get marred.
