Why not a Siding contractor (your Search the List category) - unless you expect to have wall issues needing framing or interior insulation replacement/repair, in which case General Contractor is what you would want. Handyman - not for siding except maybe for just refastening/replacing a couple of loose/missing pieces. Plus whole-house siding replacement is too big a job for almost any handyman- they are generally after hours to maybe a days or so work, and do not have the crew to do a full siding replacement in a couple of days like it should take, so would likely (commonly only a 2 man crew) end up with your walls opened up for an excessive period of time, which runs risk of water damage.
