Assuming you are looking for a private in-home healthcare aide, Home Healthcare - In-Home Services would be the Search the List category for this sort of provider.

Be sure to check, assuming this will be fairly long-term, about employer laws requiring withhodling of taxes, payment of Worker's Comp and Unemployment and state disability insurance and such once the annual total of payments reach a fairly small limit. Many times, both to avoid that hassle and to have backup personnal available when the provider is sick or on vacation, it is better to sign a contract with a home healthcare organixation or company to provide the care provider, and let them handle the paperwork and withholding and such, and provide backup/respite for the care provider. If needing 7 day or 24 hour care, that can work easier too, rather than having to hire 2-3 yourself.

If you are an employer or home health cre company lookingto hire an employee for these services, Angies List does not get involved in employment offers. I bring this up because you said "women", not "woman", so that brought to mind you might be running an assistend living home or such as the manager, looking to hire an employee. Employment agencies would be who you need to go to for that - or advertise in help wanted forums.
