mobile home floor repair

my floor is rotting 40 year old mobile home

Certainly specialty RV/Trailer repair companies (some will come do it at your place, most only handle things brought to their shop) - but there is no Angies List Search the List category for them.


Flooring companies usually will do trailer homes, sometimes RV's if particle board/OSB/ plywood subfloor - will not mess with metal subfloor if it has problems, but you say rotting so obviously a wood product.


Handymen would also be a common vendor category for this - just be sure to talk about wiring and piping, because they are commonly right below the flooring and easy to cut into - not the usual 2-3 inches clearance you get with floor joists in a house.
