my toilet is clogged and will not flush. the clog is not from some organic waste bur rather from some plastic

the plastic fell into the bowl just as the toilet was being flushed. It will not respond to either a plunger or snake.

A Sewer Cleaning contractor should be able to either grab it with a sewer camera with extraction head, grab it with an extraction probe or spear, or chase it down the sewer with a router.
