Here is a previous similar question about clearing a large plot of land of trees - which might be of interest to you if you are talking native brush or small trees, rather than meadow or lawn.

Lawn and yard Care would be the Search the List category for you - unless this is recently mowed area, you should be sure bidding vendor(s) come to look it over, because if not fairly recently mowed or if there are significant trees which might have dropped branches, a gang mower might not be able to handle it - you may need a "brush clearing" type deck or chain "brush whacker" tractor which can handle sticks and small branches, and in the case of the chain type, also handle the normal size exposed rocks you might find in a field. Whether this isw "native" land or has been cleared of rocks greatly impacts the type of equipment needed to mow it.

If mowing for wildfire control, you might also consider discing rather than mowing, especially if in an area with year-around rain, because in an area with rain (as opposed to say to much of the Southwest states) mowing might have to be done several times as year.
