Remodeling - Kitchen and Bath would be the normal Search the List category for this type of work and general contractor.

Below are a couple of previous similar questions with answers which might help FYI - not that generally for one-time short-term wetting, you do NOT have to tear up the flooring unless it warping and cracking the tile on you. Normally, just opening up the underlying ceiling a coupld of places and running ventilation hoses into there (even shop vac hose) to remove the moisture solves it - many people just open up a 4-6 inch hole or two in the wet ceiling area and leave it/them open for a week ro so and just let household air dry it out - though generally the faster you get a subfloor dried out the less chance of mold or swelling/buckling.

Then repair the drywall and repaint to match - commonly a Handyman job is you did not get in a general contractor to repair other damage.

For professional drying out of the subfloor, a Water and Smoke Damsge contractor would be the normal Search the List category - they have high-volume air handlers which can dry out a wet subfloor from both top and underneath in a day or less.
