Pest Control / Exterminating would be your Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed providers for this service.

You can find previous questions with answers on typical treatment types, preventative plans versus active protection, typical plan and treatment cost, etc in the Home > Pest Control link under Browse Projects, at lower left. In your area - I would definitely go with a full ground injection treatment program and at least annual inspections thereafter and retreatment at least every 5-10 years, because you are in serious termite country.

Bear in mind - cheap will commonly not be best - and in your area you want protection, not a cheap promise without performance.

You should also be looking at access protection in your area - metal collars around piling/post/wood column house supports if that type, or if concrete/block foundation try (without forming a water-catching basin around the house) to get minimum foot plus clear foundation exposure between ground and wall/siding - and maybe a bottom-of-siding drip edge with substantial stickout to act as an insect barrier from below.

If a wood or foam foundation (fair number of them built in your area in the 60's - 90's) to have any hope of protection you need insecticide injection and soil treatment full depth of the wall on BOTH sides because generally shallow foundations in your area so termites commonly tunnel under the foundation and come up under the house, plus crawlspace inside foundation surface spraying with insecticide.
