For topsoil, Mulch and Topsoil is your Search the List category for providers. For general or structural fill, Stone and Gravel is the category.

Here are some links to previous similar questions with some info on typical costs and truck sizes and such - more links to similar questions with answers under each of them -

Since you said "small" - if you mean like a tiltbed pickup for a yards or two rather than the normal 8-15 cubic yards for a normal dump truck, then commonly about $50-100 delivery charge per load depending on haul distance plus about $10-20/cy for common fill or gravel, or about $15-30/cy for topsoil.

Note on "topsoil" be sure to specify if you want "topsoil" as legally defined - the organic top layer of soil about 4-12 inches thick, which may contain root material and some pebbles and gravel and occasionall rock, or a processed lawn and garden topsoil which should be basically clean of visible root pieces and stones and have nothing but groundup organics, and the silty/sandy clayey "soil" - and hopefully relatively weed-free meaning this would be material from under the active growth layer where they dug it up.
