Sewer Cleaning contractor would be your normal vendor for this - and if crudded up with lime or iron deposits, should be full-diameter routed or brushed out (possibly with acid treatment) to resotr full diameter to the line. Some sump pump lines REALLY build up the deposits because they are not only dealing with groundwater but also get additional lime leaching out of the concrete slab and foundation walls at times.

If really blocked up or accumulated pretty bad, at least the above-ground portion commonly cheaper to jkust replace it (if readily accessible in crawlspace or unfinished basement or such) then clean it out - and commonly a DIY job with plastic pipe as well.
