Assume you are talking a hitch-point tiller, to go behind a small farm tractor ?

Check with your local farm implement dealer and local John Deere and Toro dealers - if they do not rent, they will know who does.

Your local construction equipment rental store may rent them too.

Local greenhouse (large plant outdoor commercial size, not homeowner houseplant type) will probably know who does.
