Here are links to a number of recent previous similar questions with responses - could be anything from a gas control knob not fully turned to ON, safety device cut out due to lack of exhaust ventilation, overheating of combustion chamber, or blockage of air inlet filter (stupidly on bottom of some units where it is inaccessible and most prone to blockage), excess airflow through combustion chamber due to open or mislocated inspection/access panel, failed or failing thermocouple or thermopile, rarely defective gas control valve - and others.

By anecdotal word ofmouth and the number of such responses here, early failure to factory defective thermocouples/thermopiles appear to be a common cause - so if you just changed one out, try another (I always keep a new one in stock by the appliance) - a lot seem to be coming out of the factories defective. One of several reasons I stay with Honeywells.
