we have an older house with a older tub and wall tiles. we would like to replace them with a 2-3 piece fiberglass tub/walls.

Do you need to remove all the tiles first before putting in the tub/wall enclosure?

Sterling wall sets need to have the tiles and some plaster removed, but some of the other brands glue over top of existing walls. Generally, the longevity and maintenance free-ness will cost more money than the more temporary glue on
