A common rule of thumb for more or less rectangular building without significant roof oddities that make tenting hard is around $1.00/SF. Can sometimes get as low as about $0.70 for simple pure rectangle structures like yours, and can be as high as $1.50-2.00/SF for single-story houses with lots of angled wings or interior courtyards that make for a lot more tenting for the same SF of house.
