inlude tear off and disposal of one layer of existing roofing, replace up to two sheets of plywood, replace 4 skylights, flashing, end boards on gable ends of house; install architectural shingles (e.g., IKO Cambridge).

The plywood replacement, assuming no rafter/truss repairs is needed underneath, typically about $50-100 per sheet additional cost.


Replace skylights typically about $100 apiece (meaning leave in place and shingle/waterproof around them - for total replacement change that to probably $150-250 range each for the labor plus purchase cost of skylight you select plus typically 10% if contractor providing it (which is far better because otherwise typically will not warranty for tightness). More if have blinds or such that have to be removed and reintegrated with them.

By end boards if you mean rake boards (typically a 2x6 or 2x8 on edge under and supporting edge of roof) probably about $5/LF range or a bit more if you want painted by them too.
