Here are some links to applicable pages - be sure to make sure the pricing is current as it changes every 2 years when they review their rates. There are also several areas that have unique rates because of their history as independent water districts.

Looks like for commercial property, aside from probably a thousand or so design and plans and permitting and such, connection fee ranges from $4066 for a system with a less than !" water meter, then jumps to $27030 for 1-1/2" meter, and ranges on up to $363690 with a 4" meter, and negotiated rate above that (like for hotels or such).


Obviously you need to verify these numbers before committing to buying the property - also check on meter size you have versus planned use - you planned use might require a larger meter, hence higher sewer connection fee.
