As NewwindowMan says - if this is a rehang job - take it out because of a wall/frame settlement issue and rehang the same door - for a 2-door unit (not knowing how wide a door or if sidelights as well) I would estimate around $400-600. You might be lucky and do it for less, or if a larger unit with say 4-5' wide doors and sidelights or maybe overhead glass, can run into the $500-600 plus range - and this assumes it is a single unit. Many of these, if they have sidelights or overhead glass units, are multiple units that are fastened together on site and cannot always be reset in one piece safely - so might run more. And yes these numbers probbly seem high - but remember, this is not a conventional $300 or so swap-out of a single door - double doors are a PAIN !!! to get not only each door lined up correctly but to get them so they align across the top with each other horizontally - so one does not look like it is sagging relative to the other, or higher or lower than its mate. And of course, this is a minimum 2 man crew we are talking about for a double door, but the second man does not usually make it really go much faster because you can rally only be aligning one place at a time, so the second man does a lot of sitting around or just holding time while the other does the active installation work.

For a door replacement - if EXACT same size new unit, then around $500-750 would be my installation estimate - in addition to the cost of the door unit itself, which could be from as low as $400-600 on closeout units, normally $1000 plus for off-the-shelf store units, commonly closer to $2000 for nicer but not "fancy" units, and $2000+ for fancy units - adding typically about 25-50% for sidelights depending on width. Ballpark numbers, of course.

If a unit that needs the rough opening modified then I would be expecting $1000 range for installation if significantly smaller (more than just surround trim can conceal) and more like $1000-2000 if the rough opening needs to be enlarged and a longer header put in. Again, VERY rough numbers.
