what do i do if the service provider does not reply to my request?

How long as it been since the request? It may be that the provider has not yet gotten to the request or may have missed it. You can always try reaching out again or contact our call center at 1-888-944-5478 for assistance.


Call center hours:

Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 8:15pm ET
Sat: 8:30am – 3:00pm ET

Your money is green, take it somewhere else. Listen, if they do not show up when your looking to spend money what makes you think that they will show up if you need service or repairs. If it were me i would keep shopping. Call the next company on your list.
