Depends on what is needed - a spot treatment for drywood termites might run $100-200 plus maybe $100+ for whole-house inspection for more spots, a treatment and perimeter treatment to prevent reincursion might run several hundreds a year maintenance after maybe $500-1000 range initially (depending on whether already infested or preventative), and an entire structure tenting and fumigation a couple to several thousand ballpark on a normal 1500-2000SF house.

You can find more prior questions with more specifics on types of termites and thypes of treatment and more ballpark cost opinions in the Home > Pest Control link in Browse Projects, at lower left.

My recommendation - do NOT use heat or cold treatments - from what I have seen they are not worth a dime, as if they are maintained at the required temperature to absolutely (rather than nmostly) kill they also cause permanent damage to the house and/or its contents. And the so-called "organic" or "green" treatment are kind to mother nature - and the insects, but if you really want to be SURE they are killed go with well-proven insecticides like Termidor for perimeter and subterranean treatment or Vikane gas for tenting.
