According to a national estimating guide, 2012 average rate was $112/hour, but you should expect to see from $75 or so top $150/hour. Lower end for outlying areas (easternand southeastern side of county, in your case) and for individual plumbers, midrange for most of rest of county and normal sized plumbing outfits, and high end for Master Plumbers and Steamfitters, and along the coast where higher property value woudl tend to lead to higher hourly rates - the "Beverly Hills" effect.
