For elastomeric sealants for metal/panel roofing, pretty much any place that sells building materials - from WalMart to Home Depot/Lowes to lumber yards, plus roofing supply distributors. Of course, Target or WalMart you are generally going to find the cheaper, shorter life products, in my opinion - for top of the line go to a roofing supply distributor.

Common /popular with the pro's reputable brands in my experience - DuPont, Titebond, Firestone, GACO, GAF. Ones more commonly found at box stores and used more by amateurs, and one's I would not use again - Geocel (except Silver Compound for emergency patching of leaks), Henry's, Rustoleum, ATCO (except for asphaltic roofing products), Sta-Kool, Black Jack, Seal-Best, Ames, RubberSeal, Kool Koat.

For elastomeric sheet roofing seam adhesive, if that is what you meant, you might find some at Home Depot or Lowes or such - but I would recommend going to roofing supply house to get the one recommended by the membrane manufacturer, because there are many chemical variaitons in membrane roofing materials and some will be dissolved by certain solvents in the sealants - I remember one roof I inspected for leakage where there were melted-out "blisters" that looked like open sores all along the seams, where the adhesive had dissolved right through the membrane before it cured.
