I have not seen your question before - so maybe the AL computer is failing to post some current questions ?

Materials commonly $5-15/SF of heated floor - commonly around $10. This does NOT include any significant run to tie it into an existing hydronic heating system, or running new electric circuit to it - which is commonly a couple to few hundred PLUS any cost of ceiling/wall repari and repainting to repair the places they have to be opened up to run the lines.

Installation commonly similar, with probably about a $250 minimum charge - so if you mean only 10 LF of heating (can't figure why you would want so little) going to cost a lot per SF, especially if have to go a ways to connect it in or floor is finished on the underside.

BTW - if you are thinking one of the on-top-of subfloor systems - my recommendation is don't do it - short life, liquid filled systems develop leaks quickly, and there have been several fires in my area from such electric systems from short-circuiting from walking on the overlying rug, nails from laminate/wood flooring going through it, or damage in installation.
