Assuming real brick (not just plastic or fiberglass fake brick panels) if just minor detachment from the wall that can be tied back reasonably, maybe $10/SF or thereabouts - probably half that if prefab fake brick panels. If requires tearoff and rebuilding, which is commonly the case with real brick if it is bowing out enough to be readily noticeable, then probably more in the $20-30/SF range for a full-wall size area possibly closer to $15-20/SF if half-thick or lightweight brick facade material. OF course, how much of the brick can be reused comes into the picture too.
