30 foot open bottom multi-plate Arch culvert over stream for driveway installed?

Assume this: I have a Civil Engineer with plans, I have Geotech work complete, I have an environmental firm to do the permits.

How much would one expect to pay for the pre-fab of a30-35 foot open bottom multi-plate arch culvert to cross a stream for a driveway on my personal property. Its spec'ed to county code which requires 60000+ pounds for a firetruck and is only needed for one house traffic but must also be able to handle a large concrete truck. The work is outside of high water so environmental permits are minimum. It requires escalation on both sides down several feet below the creek for its footings. It needs a small crane to place the pre-fab (county road is about 30 feet away with no problem) and then the contractor has to fill and build abutments. There needs to be some large pine trees removed and a gravel driveway build about 100 feet onto the property with light and small trees needing removal. Any idea on a raw general price my contractor should be charging?
