Could be tough to find a match - accurately measure the pipe size and go to a wholesale plumbing supply (take old one if you have it) and they might be able to match it up. Another option - if multiple floor drains that serve same area, can you just put a rubber expansion plug into it to prevent any backflow.

Bear in mind those flood check valves in drains rarely work - they generally let at least some water by them due to dirt and such, so I STRONGLY recommend the sewer line be fitted with a spring-loaded backflow preventer, though depending on your sewer line slope and such, sometimes you have to plug the lowest level floor drains to prevent them from overlfowing during normal use, because the backflow preventer does put some minimal restraint and backpressure on the outflow. Sometimes comes down to risk of backup from outside flooding (which can put a LOT of sewage into your house in a short time) versus risk of basement flooding if you have a pipe or washer drain hose or such break - the latter usually being the lesser of the two evils.

Other option - replace the floor drain with a backflow preventer equipped drain - probably in the $300-400 range assuming decent access.
