8-12" Garage Floor Sloping, what could be the cause

Viewing a house for purchase and the house has a two car garage, the right side bay ( when facing the house) garage floor is level, the left side facing the interior wall of the house slopes in the upper left corner about 8-12"down, doesn't look like it sunk, i see no cracks in the floor or the block against the garage floor. Is this normal, and no there isn't a drain there either. Ive never come across this, is this a potential sinkhole or structural issue or did the builder just lay it like that. Once again no signs of cracking..
