It sounds like you are wanting assistance in updating and mainting your service provider profile. You would want to do that by logging into or by emailing or calling and speaking with a Business Center Representative. They can be reached at 888-944-5478 or by emailing Call Center hours for our Business Center are Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm EST.
