The tiles are 12" square and were in when I bought the house almost 3 years ago. Since spring, the grout has been cracking and breaking up into small pieces and one tile actually broke as well. I have extra tiles. A few of the tiles may have to be re-cemented.
the grout is cracking for either two resons, one the grout was notof good quality a bad mix or your floor is moving (bad sub floor or house settling). It would take almost a day to clean out the old grout then you need to put down new grout and seal it the next day. you are looking at three days if all goes well. it is not easy work your on your knees all that time.
