Add a city with a Plus Membership; system still wants to charge for adding a second city.

It is my understanding that Plus comes with Nationwide access. Why am I unable to add a second city in the state of Tennessee?

Plus and Premium do have nationwide access.

Assuming you are talking about on the Search page - that page is really poorly set up. You do not "add" cities if you have nationwide access - that feature is for adding additional membership areas with Basic or Classic or Traditional memberships.

Just put in the zip code you want to search in the Location box near the top-center of the Search area - that "defines" your search area for this search - then put your category or company name you want to check out in the search box and it will search the specified location area for hits. Next time you go to the Search box it defaults back to your primary membership area, so you have do enter your desired Location again then.

When you upgrade to the Plus plan, it is sometimes necessary to reset your search settings at the website in order to successfully search nationwide. First, login to your membership at Once logged in, locate the "Location" bar and delete the text. Next, enter the zip code for the area and press enter. Now, search functionality and Big Deal offers should be for the correct market. Additionally, if you have any secondary markets, complete these steps for each additional area. If you continue to experience any issues, please let us know.
