Angie's List does not fit into my needs. Therefore, I request my subscription be cancelled. Further request a full refund to my account.

I subscribed to Angie's List a few days ago. After viewing your sight, I found that the sight does not fit my needs. I own 2 homes in 2 different
states and your sight does not allow me access what I reallly need for both homes. Therefore, I my subscription be cancelled and a full refund to credited to me account. Thank You

Have you looked into adding a List to your membership? You'd be able to view the services you need in both areas.

I signed up for Angie's List several months ago to locate a private investigator. Since Angie's List didn't have in my area, I called to cancel. The representative said that I was free to cancel but since I had already paid for a month's subscription, would I like her to research private investigators in my area and find some that didn't have any negative reports through the Better Business Bureau. I received an email with 3 referrals.

So I was very surprised when I have since been charged monthly for Angie's List when I explicitly called to cancel.

For your dishonestly, please reverse all monthly charges including the first month's charge.

I'm glad to here we were able to give you some help with your search for a private investigator, but sorry you have had issues with billing. You need to call and speak with a member services representative for help with your problem, however. You can call: 1-888-944-5478 on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 8:15 pm ET and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thanks!
