Here are a bunch of similar questions with answers which should help. Onew thing to consider and discuss with the electrician up-front, in scoping the job, is whether you actually need three separate circuits, or perhaps one or two circuits with perhaps 20A capacity.

If these are critical circuits - furnace/boiler or deep freeze say where you want them separate so if one breaker goes for any reason it does not take those items out, fine. But if for power tools say, figure out how many you will commonly be using at a time - it may be you will realize you will only use 1 or maybe 2 of the outlets at a time so can have another or even both other (unused at that time) outlets on the same circuit (as would be normal), cutting down the wiring runs. And of course consider the loads - may be a normal circuit will carry all the electrical equipment you expect to have running at one time, though again if for say a table saw or radial saw you may decide dedicated is the way to go to minimize startup delay and brown-down. Electrician should be able to help scope this out - and of course how many free breaker slots you have in the breaker box may have some impact on the decision too.
