Approx price to replace tile roof. 10'x12'

OK - if a flat roof, then the tiles are only for appearance - probably to match the rest of the house, but you have to have a true "flat roof" under that, so you are looking at probably about $15/SF plus or minus about $5 to remove the tiles, replace the underlying builtup or membrane roofing, then replace the tiles - which hopefully also have an abrasion resistant layer under them so thermal movement of the tiles and sharp edges do not wear through the roofing waterproofing layer.

Of course, this does NOT include any rotten underlayment (plywood) or roof framing repair or replacement.
