We have 2495 sqft house. Upstairs is approximately 1250 sqft. Quote to r&r the ductwork in attic was $2300, upstairs only. This was for 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room upstairs. The current ac is 2.5 ton up and 2 ton down. To 3 zone upstairs was approximately an additional $3000.
