While they tend to prefer annual contracts or uniform mowing interval deals, if you refuse that most Lawn and Yard companies (your Search the List category for this) will do on-demand mowing (within a week or so of your call), so check with your vendor on how many advance days notice (approximately) he needs before he is likely to get to your job - and of course if he wants eMail, text, or phone call to let him know it is time again.

Of course, might have to go through a few well-rated and reviewed Lawn and Yard companies in Search the List to find ones not fully booked with routine maintenance contracts.

However, considering the fairly uniform growth in your neck of the woods (or swamp perhaps would be a better phrase), you may well find it is cheaper to get an annual contract then fairly frequent individual mowings that probably will not vary many days in interval between them.
