Here are a previous similar question with ballpark costs, plus links to a couple of vendor sites with typical costs - note one of them is BC so add about 20% to their numbers for US $. Your bid range may be from $500-3000 probably for that size - I would expect responsive bids to be in the $1000-2000 range if the tiles pop up fairly easily in a test - some really bonded ones (adjered with asphaltic adhesive) it is cheaper to cut and remove the subflooring with it in handleable rectangles so that could push you higher.

Note you may also have the option of putting new flooring over it (the hazard is from dusting of the fibers, so if sprayed with encapsulating sealant and covered up is safe - though that does make your floor transitions a bit higher.
