Since I have not seen construction grade redwood for about 30 years - select or appearance is all I remember in decades, I would not try to guess at a price other than to guess you are talking probably not less than $30-50/LF for straight redwood, plus a pretty substantial increase for the diagonal heart lattice insert, if that is what you mean. If you mean the diagonal lattice is a 12" fence topping band lattice, then probably about $10-15/LF more for that. If you are in Oregon or California, then a pricing guide I found said more like $20-25/LF for plain redwood fencing, so probably more like $30-40 complete for your project there, assuming fair sized job.

If you have seen this particular fencing in your area, ask the owner who did the work for them or look for a fence company sign on the fence. I would definitely get 3 bids for this job, and include IN THE CONTRACT a photo from real world or the web of what you want it to look like.

I would also seriously look into panelized fencing for this type of product - factory fabricated and shipped in 6-10 foot wide panels that are just bolted to field installed posts - may cut your cost quite a bit, particularly if you are looking at diagonal fence boards and with the lattice.
