Average cost of repairing a 52" Samsung flatscreen that's got a reoccuring blue smudge on the screen?

Reoccurring bluish smudge that appears on the screen of the television. Tv is 3 years old. Sometimes smudge disappears, sometimes it sticks around. Is it worth getting it repaired? Cost?

Sounds like the screen got bumped and some of the LED/LCD elements got damaged - which to fix means a new screen. Here are some responses to similar questions FYI - be sure to check the cost of a new comparable TV, and keep in mind a new TV comes with probably a 1-3 year warranty, so don't spend more on repairs than it is worth.
