Bad smell in my condo

Could you use the Answer This Question button right below your question to provide more details

- describe the scent as best you can (sweet, sour, acidic, similar to any food or chemical, like urine or sewer gases, mildewy like clothes that got left in the washer for a few days, etc)

- particular part of the house it is in ?

- particular time of day you smell it ? Or after any particular activity, especially if after showering or washing machine use

- has house been vacant/unused for any period of time recently

- inordinately heavy rains recently ?

- is this smell new (and you have lived in place for awhile), or are you new in house so don't know how long smell has been going

- when it is occurring, can you also smell it outside window or front door ? Or coming in through ventilation system ?
