Many of the tub refinishing companies do chips also.

If you are not ultra picky about the appearance or have some finishing skills, there are enamel repair paints that come in about 1/2 oz bottles in dozens of the most common tub and basin colors for touchup of chips - just be sure to remove any rust or prime it with a rusty metal primer first if there is rust so the rust does not come through the repair paint.
