Remember arthritis is an immune system problem. Do you have or did you ever have silvery dental fillings? The mercury, lead, etc. in them can cause big problems everywhere. I got relief when having them removed With Special Procedures and Equipment by a Biologic Dentist and replaced with white fillings -- but not all substances for white fillings are equal. Too many cause the very same issues the heavy metals did. Check. My dentist was Rehme on Ballas in St. Louis County.

If metal, can also be from work or hobby exposure (paint, stain, stained glass, any lead items, hospital med-waste incinerators (most have them), even supplements from fish or shell products.

Could also be a food allergy really kicking up immune system. Blood tests from Genova Diagnostics can be extremely helpful in finding hidden allergies. They test nearly a hundred foods plus many environmental allergens and gluten/gliaden (for Celiac) if you add that on.

Keeping inflammation all over body down from any source with minimal ibuprofen and the like (kidney & liver issues) are key.
