Can my 3 month old granddaughter sleep in her pack and play all night instead of her crib. Is it safe?

Yes, as long as you remove toys, thick blankets, bumper pads (if you for some reason had them in there), etc. The bed should be as cleared out as the crib would be...for a small baby. If baby is pushing up on hands and knees, lower Pack and Play to the lowest level for safety.
